The Guangdong Ion Beam Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center, approved for construction by IBDTEC, is a theoretical research and engineering testing platform specifically designed for industrial mass production of ion beam equipment with micrometer and nanometer precision. The Engineering Center specializes in continuous research and development investment in high-performance ion sources and ion beam equipment technology and products, with:
